Will my money be collected directly?
No, you release the payment directly, but the money is only collected after the game.

Can I cancel for free?
Yes, you can cancel free up to 48 hours in advance. Players on the waiting list can always cancel free.

Which payment methods are possible?
PayPal, Credit/debit card, Klarna (direct debit & instant transfer), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Who can collect money through JUGAD?
Basically everyone! All you need is a Stripe account (our payment provider Stripe) to receive payments from players. You can create one here.

What fees apply?
Various fees apply from our payment service provider Stripe. You can find a list of all fees here.

When will I get the money paid out?
The money will be transferred to your Stripe account every seven days.

What if we don't become enough players?
Send the invitation link of your game to your friends or share it on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. If necessary, adjust the game mode (e.g. from 5 vs. 5 to 4 vs. 4) or cancel the game if it cannot take place. You can do this using the "manage" button in the game details.

general note: If possible, create your game 2 to 3 days in advance so that people have enough time to plan and register.

Can I cancel the game for free?
Yes. Since the money would be debited from the players after the game, you can cancel the game for free and no money will be debited.
