Payment fees in detail

The following fees apply per payment:

3% Stripe fees
39 cents fixed Stripe fees
3% JUGAD fees

In addition, there is a one-off Stripe fee of €2 per month (these are deducted from the first payment of the month. If you do not create a game in a month, you don´t have to pay anything)


Example:

To join your game, players have to pay €6. The following fees apply:

18 cents (3% Stripe fee) + 39 cents (fixed Stripe fee) + 18 cents (3% JUGAD fee) = 75 cents

On average, fees of 75 cents are charged for a participation fee of €6.

We know that this is not a small amount, but we can only offer our payment system in this way.
Simply add the fees to the price per player so that you are not left with the costs.
For players, it is usually not a problem to pay a few cents more.

This gives you maximum security, you will never be left with costs again and you will no longer have to collect money manually;)
