FAQ Kick Points

1) What are Kick Points?
Kick Points are points in JUGAD that reflect your activity—and show how you compare to other players. In addition, there are campaigns where your Kick Points give you a chance to win partner prizes (e.g. jerseys, balls and other football gear).

2) What do I earn Kick Points for?
For participating in games, organizing games, and participating in JUGAD tournaments.
You can find an overview of the points rules in the app on the Kick Points page.
The points will be credited to your account once the organizer has completed the attendance assessment (no later than 3 days after the game).
Players on the waitlist do not earn Kick Points.

Special case: payments via JUGAD
If the money is collected via the JUGAD payment system, you earn double Kick Points:

• for Players: +10 Kick Points instead of +5
• for Organizers: +10 Kick Points per paying player instead of +5
Important: Players with an approved cash payment request do not count for double points.

3) Where can I see my Kick Points?
In the app, in your profile or on the Kick Points page.

4) What can I use Kick Points for?
To compare yourself with other players (ranking) and to have a chance to win partner prizes in campaigns.

5) How do partner prize campaigns work?
Campaigns run for a limited time (e.g. 2 months). The rules of each campaign are shown directly in the app. Examples:

• Ranking campaign: The players with the most Kick Points during the campaign period win the announced prizes.
• Raffle campaign: All players who reach at least a certain number of points during the campaign (e.g. 50 Kick Points) are entered into a raffle. For example, 10 jerseys are then raffled among all eligible players.

6) Do I have to pay shipping costs if I win?
No. We cover the shipping costs once the campaign has ended (within the stated time frame).

7) Do Kick Points expire?
No, Kick Points do not expire.

8) Are there time-limited campaigns?

Yes. For campaigns, only the Kick Points you earn during the campaign period count. This is shown in the app.

9) Can I transfer Kick Points to friends?

Currently no—Kick Points are tied to your profile.
