To receive payments from the teams, you need an account with our payment provider Stripe. You can create one here. The money is paid out automatically to the account you have stored with Stripe, at the latest seven days after a team pays.

The JUGAD fee is 15%. It funds our work on JUGAD and lets us keep growing our network of teams and players. In return you reach thousands of teams across Germany, you automate registrations and payments, and the tournament channel and team sheets save you a lot of organising effort. You decide whether to add the fee on top of the entry fee or to cover it yourself. For teams that you bring along yourself and add without payment through JUGAD, no additional JUGAD fees apply.

As the organiser you decide which cancellation terms apply to your tournament, and you tell the teams about them from the start. If a team cancels, your terms decide whether you issue no refund, a refund minus the JUGAD fee or a full refund. With a full refund you cover the JUGAD fee. A freely chosen partial amount is not provided for; the app shows you the available options and amounts before you confirm.

You can cancel your tournament in the tournament management. For teams that paid through JUGAD there are two refund options: the entry fee they paid minus the JUGAD fee, or the full payment. With a full refund you, as the organiser, cover the JUGAD fee; the app shows you the amounts before you confirm. The team contacts are notified of the cancellation. Refunds for teams that paid you directly are settled outside JUGAD. Which refund is owed in an individual case depends on the applicable terms and legal requirements.

Yes. These teams pay you as usual. You invite or add them yourself in the team overview of your tournament – that way they are firmly registered without paying through JUGAD, and no additional JUGAD fee applies. They are part of the tournament channel, the team sheet, the fixture list and the check-in just like every other team.

That depends on how it registered. If a team registers through JUGAD, it is only firmly in once it has paid; paying later is possible as long as places are still free. Until then, JUGAD reminds the team of the outstanding payment regularly and automatically by email.

Teams that you add yourself because they registered directly with you are firmly registered without paying through JUGAD – they pay you.

No. JUGAD sends payment reminders automatically by email. You can also trigger them at any time with a button, for all teams with an outstanding payment.

Through the tournament channel. It reaches not only the team contacts, but also every player listed on the team sheet.

Yes. If you use MeinTurnierplan, we can show your fixture list including matches and tables directly in the app. Just send a message to our support team.

Planned: in future, you or your referees will enter results and, optionally, goalscorers directly in the app. Scores and the top scorer ranking will then be available live. It is not available yet.

Our tournament overview lists all current tournaments, and you can register your team there. You can also set your region and the radius you want, and have yourself notified about new tournaments.
